Joseph is an associate attorney at Kanoski Bresney. Joseph has been practicing law as a licensed attorney in Illinois since November 2022, after passing the bar exam in July 2022 and graduating from Michigan State University College of Law in May 2022. Prior to graduating law school, Joseph also spent six months at the Rock Island County State’s Attorney’s Office in Illinois, where he prosecuted misdemeanor and traffic cases for the county.

Joseph’s first year practicing law consisted of working in general practice, where he helped clients in a variety of areas of law, including real estate, civil, criminal defense, family, personal injury, workers’ compensation, landlord/tenant, contracts, corporate, small claims, and family law. After spending a year in general practice, Joseph decided to concentrate on a more specialized area of law by helping the injured, and he joined Kanoski Bresney in November 2023.
